Break ins occur almost nightly and the thieves are able to open the gates every time....Citadel needs to invest in actual over night security like the hotels down the street....

History of poor maintenance. Trash stacking up in huge piles. Erratic towing policies. Security gates that rarely work. Vandalism at the pool every week.
