Don and Diane Cooper started this show in 1978. In October of 2009, Vette Vues Magazine became its new producer. The show maintained its original format: Car Show, Swap Meet, Car Sales Mart, and the famous Bikini Contest.
Specialties
The Corvette/Chevy Expo holds their annual event in Houston Texas at the NRG Center featuring World Class Chevrolet Show Cars and Trucks. Major National Vendors from across the country represent their Chevy related products. Saturday the Children are entertained by costume characters. On Sunday, Swimsuit USA International Inc holds a model search and the Miss Corvette Chevy Expo Bikini Contest. Also on Sunday, Vette Vues Magazine does a photos shoot with the models and cars. There are cars for sale and food concessions on site. The event is open on Saturday from 9:00 am until 7:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm.
