Dr. Fairweather began building her practice in 2003 as a solo provider. In 2017, she needed help in seeing all of the patients in need of psychiatric care in the Colleyville and DFW area, so she added a partner to the practice--Nurse Practitioner Aimee Hughes. Not unlike Dr. Fairweather, N.P. Hughes herself has weathered psychiaric issues, giving them both a unique perspective on mental illness and makes them particularly empathetic providers.
