We make by hand European style and alpine style cheeses such as Granbury Gold (gouda style), Birdville Reserve (Trappist style), Saint David's (mountain raclette style), and Tomme de Hood (tomme style provincial cheese), among others. Our cheeses may be found in fine restaurants and specialty cheese shops throughout the State of Texas.
