East African Ministries is a non-profit organization based in Fort Worth, TX, with a relentless mission to build a pipeline of Discipled Nation Builders in Africa. Their goal is to transform communities and countries spiritually, socially, and economically for generations to come. Through their leadership academy and comprehensive 10-year program, they aim to develop Christ-centered leaders at every level, addressing the root causes of generational issues in Africa and working towards a thriving continent.
Founded in 2004 by Michael Radler, East African Ministries started by funding clean water, preventative health, and leadership programs in South Sudan and Uganda. In 2018, they officially launched as a standalone 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization called 4africa. Recognizing the leadership crisis in Africa, they shifted their focus to investing in future leaders who will solve the water and health crises and other issues hindering Africa's development. Today, their leadership academy is renowned as one of the top A-Level education programs in East Africa, and they continue to strive towards a thriving Africa through their values of putting people over projects and being kingdom stewards.
