Carl Haynes opened Fresh Cuts Barbershop in Abilene on South 7th Street in 2003. the first fresh cuts was only a 2 man shop that was 15x50 ft. it was small and got crowded pretty quick. 2 years later he purchased the building he was in and expanded to 4 barbers.3 years later to 8. then in 2013 he decided to open Fresh Cuts in Sunset Mall in San Angelo. The Main focus of success is not only the quality of the haircut. But the commitment to business hours. He thrives on making sure that the barbers are always available for customers

bald fades, tapers, flattops, mo hawks, fauxhawks, designs, hot shaves, scissor cuts.... there is no hairstyle we can not do...if there's one we never heard of. we'll try our best!
