Dr. Maale specializes in complex reconstruction of joints that have failed from previous surgeries, with a high percentage of limb salvage. He has pioneered several techniques for the treatment of infected joint reconstructions and is actively involved in the design of limb salvage implants for the hip, knee, shoulder and elbow.
