This was the day after the maintenance guy came to "fix" it

Totally broken off in the middle of using the oven

Had to duck tape it to stay up while the food was done cooking

Another resident using garage as storage and not to park car..hence why we don't have parking spaces.

The trash dumpsters are empty yet people just throw their garbage on the ground..

Renters beware- they will give you your renewal letter 1-11 days before your 60 day notice. Thankfully I have everything in writing ang sent via email as proof. Rosie will never return your calls....
