Heart in Hand Arlington is the newest addiction to the Elm Street Tattoo family! Our shop was established by Oliver Peck and Joe Haasch in February 2022. Seeking to expand the Elm Street and Heart in Hand brands to bring artistic, high-quality tattooing further West, owner Joe Haasch chose Arlington, TX as the prime location for all of your tattooing needs and desires. We specialize in traditional American, Japanese traditional, and fine line black and grey.
