Fluoro-Seal treats polyolefin bottles for enhanced barrier properties and develops treatment processes that change how plastics are used and where. The company has treated more than 1.5 billion plastic bottles and containers, as well as articles of all shapes and sizes, such as sheets of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, medical devices, bolts of fabric and geosynthetics. Fluoro-Seal maintains nine toll plants and two captive facilities in the United States, as well as seven international sites in Canada, England, France, Germany, Australia, Malaysia and Mexico. The company s services include paint adhesion plastic, adhesion of slip-resistant coatings, bonding for lining material, protective coatings, decoration and label adhesion, flame and corona treating and fluorination treatments. Fluoro-Seal was founded in 1983.
