History
African hair braiding is an art originating from West Africa (and other parts of the World) and that has been perfected and passed from generation to generation over centuries. Kady, the owner, along with her staff are mostly from West Africa although they have been in the USA over a decade. She started in Washington DC and Maryland and made her way up from an helper, to braider and then Master Braider. Master Braiders are known for their experience in handling different types of hair, the quality of their craft and for their speed. Kady African Braiding has experienced a tremendous growth and has now four locations (two in San Antonio and one in Richmond, TX and one in Houston) to offer a comfortable setting to our wonderful clientele.
