History
Yutaka Yamato, owner and executive chef, first opened Yutaka Sushi Bistro back in May of 2006. Formally of Nobu and Citizen, his desire to serve authentic Japanese cuisines, the best quality fish, and his own creations to add, gave him the drive to open his own place. In, 2009 he expanded his ventures and opened Sharaku Sake Lounge and in 2010 he relaunched his concept to make it more of an Izakaya (A Japanese Tavern that serves food that goes well with the array of sake that they carry). Serving a full menu with foods like Japanese Tapas, Kushiyaki, Kushiage, and Shabu Shabu.
