Hi, my name is Aldo I started this food truck with my dad out of my love for cooking and choose to specialize in street tacos and quesadillas because of my Hispanic background, I wanted to bring something that I loved eating as a kid and still do to the city that I call home. Currently in college full time and learning my way around the food industry with Maldos food truck
