Jan Garcia, Jr., MD, PA, is the most experienced plastic surgeon in the area of Webster, Texas, and the esteemed president and founder of Plastic Surgery Arts Center. Shortly after graduating, he enrolled at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine, where he earned his medical degree.It was during his general surgery residency at Baylor College of Medicine Affiliated Hospitals in Houston that he paused his training to serve in the Navy. When he returned, he completed his first residency in 1981 before starting a plastic surgery residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, Texas.Today, Dr. Garcia holds memberships in the American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, Singleton Surgical Society, American Society of Plastic Surgeons, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons.
