DCP Midstream is a diversified energy company with a portfolio of natural gas and electric businesses, both regulated and non-regulated, and an affiliated real estate company. It supplies, delivers and processes energy for customers in North America and selected international markets. The company is one of the largest producers of natural gas liquids in North America. DCP Midstream gathers, processes, transports, markets and stores natural gas and produces, transports and markets NGLs as a joint venture of Spectra Energy and ConocoPhillips. In addition to its vast transmission pipeline assets, the company stores natural gas, distributes natural gas to retail customers in Ontario and gathers and processes natural gas for customers in western Canada. DCP Midstream maintains a location in Warda, Texas.
