PCHelpForLess was started in 2010 catering to business owners. However, with the increase in smart home devices, computer support, TV Mount installation and home office support, we wanted to offer our services to residents as well. We surveyed customers to understand what they would like to see from our company and realized with the introduction of Uber, customers really wanted on-demand services with tech support and services without breaking the bank with same day service. Customers wanted to be in control of being able to book online and techs show up at your door. We set out to do just that and realized how high the demand really was. We have revamped everything about our company including a new company logo, uniforms and friendlier website that allows customers to book directly online and pay upfront or in-person.
