Rainbow Youth Center was established by Bernice Horton who comes from a background of not having much as growing up as a child. Lady by the name of Mrs Geraldine Dawkins from Chicago Illinois came to Mount Herman Louisiana she took time out to mentor us. Took us to places for which her parents couldn't afford. Bernice Horton ended up graduated from the Art Institute of Houston. Every Child Deserves A Chance.
