History
In 2008, River Valley Real Estate Company was created and opened in Bryan, TX by Bill Barkley. In 2011 he was asked to help design and establish a unique in house brokerage catering to the special needs of the PCSing military service men and women for an all-inclusive military relocation service company in San Antonio, Texas. After Bill accepted the position in San Antonio, he decided to scale down River Valley Real Estate Company to allow for the new opportunity and move. During this time Bill realized he had a passion for mentoring and teaching other agents. After much consideration, Bill decided to reestablish his prominent real estate firm in San Antonio, TX and pass along the values and skills he had acquired during his successful career.
