History
The practice was started in 1978 with a single nephrologist and has grown to 27 nephrologist providing care in San Antonio, Kerrville, New Braunfels, Seguin, Floresville, Pleasanton, and Hondo. We have multiple offices located around town, 15 dialysis units, a vascular access center, and have a kidney transplant center which is among the Top 10 in the country.

We specialize in the care of patients with hypertension, kidney problems, chronic kidney failure, and treat patients before, during, and after kidney transplantation.
