Any product defects detected within the guarantee period and caused by faulty installation or repair work undertaken by Services 365, Inc., will be considered and rectified by Services 365, Inc., at our customer's earliest convenience. Any defects and/or problems outside Services 365, Inc., guarantee will also be considered and may be rectified at additionally agreed rates and timescale.
