Holly Energy Partners operates a system of refined product pipelines and distribution terminals in Texas, New Mexico, Utah, Arizona, Idaho, Washington and Oklahoma. It generates revenues by charging tariffs for transporting refined products through its pipelines and fees for storing and providing other services at its terminals. The company s assets include approximately 1,300 miles of refined product pipelines that transport gasoline, diesel and jet fuel from Navajo Refinery in New Mexico to customers in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah and northern Mexico. It also owns two intermediate product pipelines approximately 65 miles long that transport crude oil, partially refined products and blendstocks from Lovington, N.M., to a refining facility in Artesia, N.M.
