The Williams' Family local owners include Blake, Kristin, & Halea Williams. They bring various skills & experiences making The Groove a unique eatery. Together, they believed San Marcos needed a place that makes everyone feel at home while indulging in fresh balanced nutritional meals. The motivation behind opening the Groove Cafe was to provide the community with more nutritious options when feeding themselves & their family. A friend Emily, who previously owned the cafe, had a heart and love for serving nutritious meals. When the pandemic hit along with the Snow Storm, the business was forced to shut their doors. It was the right time & opportunity to step in & build on the vision once established.
