Kay Townend started in real estate in 1980.With over 30 years of experience, Kay is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Collette joined the team & has worked exclusively with buyers since 1996.A long time area resident she currently lives in the Cypress area, staying up-to- date on the Houston Home Market by previewing new & existing homes.She loves working with buyers to find the homes that are right for them. Herma joined the team as the listing agent in 2008 selling all types of residential properties including foreclosures (for banks), individual sellers & distressed home owners (short sales).Her love of both people and property is immediately apparent, as is her accent.Herma originates from Zimbabwe, Africa & now lives in Tomball, Texas.She is foreclosure & short sale certified, a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, & Certified Distressed Property Expert. Sue handles the administrative tasks for the team with whom she's worked for over 12 years.
