Three Balloons Entertainment started its operations in Venezuela 16 years ago producing outstanding children's productions that have been seen by hundreds of audiences across Venezuela and Houston under its former name Balalin Balalan. In 2016, the company acquired new capital from Private investors and changed the name to Three Balloons Entertainment
