Established in 1967, Arcadia Elementary enrolls more than 600 students in kindergarten through grade six. It offers reading and math sessions. The school operates a parent-teacher association, as well as a media center that provides a collection of books. Arcadia Elementary offers several before- and after-school programs that include classes in dance, art, stacking cups and chess. The school provides a variety of food items for lunch and has a community council. Arcadia Elementary is governed by the Granite School District, which serves students through several elementary, middle and high schools. The district s schools offer various sports activities, such as football, basketball, baseball, wrestling, cross-country, and track and field.
