Over 11 years ago, Bob Broadbent and Ryan Gardner teamed up to form Blue Lake Enterprises. The pair set out to create a general contracting company centered on customer service and based on the need for an affordable solution for remodels, additions and property maintenance in the Salt Lake Valley. After only three years in business, Blue Lake became one of the most successful referral-based construction contractors in the Salt Lake area - a success Bob and Ryan say, is due to the overwhelming support of their customers. Today, the company continues to receive the majority of its work from word-of-mouth referrals from their existing client base. Blue Lake Enterprises is enjoying its growth and looks forward to additional opportunities to serve Utah's communities and businesses.
