After working in the construction and communication industry, I felt my talents could best be used in helping my clients find a safe, family friendly home to live in. Over the years my friends and family were always asking me about different aspects of their home and for help in solving problems that they found after purchasing a new home. Many had even used other home inspectors and found there reports to be less than user friendly. Many were to long and wordy, with very few pictures and descriptions. After more than a year of searching and testing various software products, I found one that did it the way I thought it should be done and included more than 255 items. After becoming certified, I hung out my shingle. My customers rave about my reports, and they love the fact that they can go online to my secure server and read, review and share their report with others. They truly love the links to helpful hints on fixing small problems and to money saving do-it-yourself articles.
