It all began buying my 1st property in 1978, a home with a basement apartment (which we occupied) and rented out the upstairs, making home ownership affordable. Using principals learned I later sold that home at a large profit. Years later while flipping properties using a 3D Rendering program making computer designs look like actual photographs I was inspired to use this technology as a Realtor helping my clients buy and/or sell real estate in an incredibly better way. By incorporating this 3D technology, I more effectively sell homes by helping potential buyers envision what a renovation looks like. My renderings bring many more buyers into a home generating more offers.
