Restoration Barbecue was started from our passion to serve others and cook phenomenal food. Started in Houston, Texas we are excited to bring what we have learned in Texas back to the state we love so much!

Restoration Barbecue is Vermont's premier barbecue joint! We offer barbecue inspired by Central Texas style cooking, with our own Vermont twist! We not only exclusively cook over sugar maple, but we make our very own Maple Bourbon Barbecue sauce, Cabot Extra Sharp Mac N Cheese, and homemade sides all the way down to our house pickles and onions!
