I was first licensed in Virginia in 2004. I have been a licensed Realtor for 14 years and I am also licensed in Maryland and Washington DC. As a Realtor, I focus on the following: Residential listings and sales Investors - Finding vacant properties for investors to rehab and sell. 55+ Community - Assisting clients with downsizing and reducing clutter before selling and moving to a smaller property. This smaller property may be a one-story house, a condominium, or an assisted living community. Distressed properties - short sales and assisting in preventing foreclosure.
