We emphasize correct form, proper technique, and precise execution. We help each of our team members master the skills that will take them where their gymnastics dreams come true. Virginia Techniques wants each gymnast to reach their full potential safely, happily, and successfully! We feel that competitive gymnastics will teach our girls to never give up or to be afraid of a challenge. Gymnasts learn self discipline, self motivation, time management, respect, sportsmanship, dedication, leadership, concentration, team work, nutrition and physical fitness.
