Caregivers Home Health Services provides coordinated and comprehensive health care to individuals in their home under a care plan designed by their physician. Its nursing services include case management, preoperative and postoperative care, intravenous therapy, wound care, injections, medication instruction, catheter care, ostomy care, diabetic management, blood pressure management, and blood and urine testing. It also provides support services, such as companionship, light housekeeping, laundering, transportation, shopping, accompanying to appointments, light meal preparation and medication reminders. The center is open Monday through Friday, and offers on-call services 24-hours, seven-days a week. It is affiliated with the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, and participates in various health care plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.
