Marion Senior High School serves more than 180 students in grades 9 through 12. It offers classes in a selection of subjects, such as social studies, math, science and English. The school provides participation options in several athletic activities, such as basketball and wrestling. Marion Senior High School also offers food and guidance counseling services. The school manages a library that maintains a collection of video camcorders, cameras, projectors, magazines and newspapers, as well as provides Internet access. In addition, it offers instruction in foreign language, art, music, horticulture and agriculture, business and marketing, and health and physical education. The school provides a band program and manages a special education department. Marion Senior High School is governed by Smyth County Schools.
