Lighting in the hall way has fallen off multiple times. They've finally given up and just let it be dark in my hall.

Closed package room during business hours.

Locked out of retrieving mail during business hours.

Unable to exit property during fire alarm because gate to street is locked.

Grill left unattended, tall flames burned the handle off the far left grill. Management shut down all use of grills as a result
