At Nordheim Court, we have individual rental agreements that allow each resident to only be responsible for their room. The rental cost includes all utilities, high-speed internet, and cable TV. The apartment also comes pre-furnished with an extra-long twin size bed, dresser, desk and chair, as well as a book shelf and walk in closet. Each bedroom is furnished with a privacy lock, which only you will have the key to. The common areas include a lounge chair, full size sofa (4 bedroom only), end table, coffee table, and a dining room table with four chairs. Furthermore, the kitchen has all major appliances such as a full size refrigerator and freezer, garbage disposal, range oven and stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There are two laundry facilities at Nordheim Court, and a gym that is open 24/7. To add to the convenience, Nordheim is only a 5 minute bus ride or a quick 10 minute walk to campus. The Burke-Gilman trail is right next to the property, so biking is also a great option! Getting groceries, shopping for clothes, or even a fun night out is possible through University Village--the shopping center just a minute away from Nordheim.
