EC of North Seattle, Inc is a building service company specializing in janitorial services. Our focus is to provide a tailored service that fits your specific facility and budgetary needs. We partner with you to establish the cleaning specifications and frequencies you desire to properly care for your facility. We provide janitorial services for a wide range of facilities and industries including but not limited to: general offices, medical and dental clinics including terminal cleaning for surgical centers and clean rooms, manufacturing and warehouse facilities, retail and auto dealerships. Our services include frequencies from 1x to 7x per week cleaning and range from basic janitorial cleaning to carpet cleaning, tile cleaning and refinishing, restroom products purchasing programs and window cleaning, to name a few... We are a W-2 employee-based company. We do not sub-contract or sell off your cleaning account to another contractor. We hire all our own staff, we train them, supervise and manage them to produce the quality we expect and you desire. All of our employees must pass a criminal background check, work history check, class room training and on-site training to be a qualified employee. We call that EC-Verified! Environment Control features products that are environmentally preferred, which includes Green Seal Certified products. These products are safe for your health and safe for the environment.
