History
The firm was started in 2003 by Meredith McKell Graff; Ms. Graff was joined by her partner, former Assistant Attorney General Eugene Graff, in 2011. Combined, the Graffs have over 30 years of experience as attorneys assisting clients solve their legal problems, at the trial and appellate court levels. When factoring in mediation and alternative dispute resolution, the Graffs have close to 50 years of experience. They were joined in their practice in 2013 by associate attorney, Faye BreitReed.

Currently, we primarily handle family, elder, estate planning, and juvenile dependency law cases, and we provide mediation services for couples and families in family and elder law.
