Broadway Center for the Performing Arts offers three theaters and its own performance series to the public of Tacoma, Wash. The Pantages, a historic theater seating more than 1,000 audience members, is home to The Tacoma Opera, Tacoma City Ballet, Tacoma Philharmonic, Tacoma Concert Band and Tacoma Symphony. The Rialto, a 750-seat theater that originally served as a grand movie palace, hosts the Tacoma Youth Symphony Association, the Northwest Sinfonietta and the Puget Sound Revels. Theatre on the Square, a 300-seat facility with a contemporary flair, is home to the Tacoma Actors Guild. The Broadway Center for Performing Arts presents nationally recognized performances and educational programs and connects its patrons to nationally and internationally acclaimed artists.
