The postal clerks my be nice enough but the postmaster, if it is a woman is VERY rude on the phone and in person. I would use more explicit words for her, but this is a public forum.

They fit their stereotype, slow lines. But once you get up there they are efficient and competent. Maybe the slow lines are attributed to not enough employees to customer ratio.
