John Ulness started Ulness Health Insurance & Wellness, then known as Benefit Options 1-2-3, in 2000. The health insurance industry has seen many changes in recent years, from the creation of Medicare prescription drug plans and the Medicare Advantage program, to the implementation of the Affordable Care Act (a/k/a Obamacare). Our agents are experts on all aspects of the health insurance system and are well-qualified to help our clients pick the best plan.
