The Wisconsin Institute for Public Policy and Service (WIPPS) is a unit of the Universities of Wisconsin, founded in 2007. Their mission is to enhance community life throughout Wisconsin by addressing local, state, and national issues through public scholarship, civic outreach, and student service.
WIPPS develops and prepares leaders, educates and engages citizens, and addresses community needs by providing research-driven solutions.
