Based in Farmingville, N.Y., Lynwood Avenue Elementary School promotes the social and emotional growth of students, as well as student achievement. It has classes from kindergarten to fifth grade. Apart from the regular curriculum, the school provides art, music and physical education classes, a full fledged library, band, orchestra, reading and speech training. The school has developed a building leadership team to bridge the connection between home and school to ensure that students can reach their fullest potential.
