CrossFit Utica is a strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals, athletes, and teams to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. We function out of a 1500 square foot garage gym that is 100% CrossFit. Our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from children to elite athletes, and everything in between. Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio. The diversity of tools, modalities and drills used in CrossFit are unparalleled in the strength and conditioning community.
