Each member starts with a fit assessment that starts their fitness journey at Eat The Frog Fitness. In the Fit Assessment we learn your fitness goals and then build an 8 week jump start program for each member. We then measure results and move to the next 8 weeks making any adjustments needed to keep you making progress toward your fitness goals.
